What Is The Inner Circle
The Fit Dad Inner Circle is a private community of like-minded dads who are working on becoming the best fathers and men they're capable of becoming. This group uses accountability, monthly challenges, personal coaching, and brotherhood to help each man become fit, healthy, and living the best life they're capable of.
Being part of the Fit Dad Nation has been a valuable experience. The brotherhood between these men has grown since day one through Facebook interactions and most importantly, the weekly calls. Not only does it allow us to check in with Steve regarding fitness/nutrition issues, but we can bring up other personal issues that may be challenging us. This group also allows me access to the challenges that Steve offers to the BaseCamp group, which motivates me and breeds a fun competition amongst us. I cannot recommend joining this group enough!
This group has been my fitness sanctuary, giving me new ideas at every turn. Being relatively new to fitness, the wealth of opportunities that the group has given me to better myself has been unparalleled. Opportunities to learn from like-minded men who desire not only to be fit and healthy, but to learn how by becoming fitness minded I can become a better dad. My family has benefited greatly from the knowledge I’ve gained and I’m able to show my kids how a healthier lifestyle can impact life in so many positive ways.
I was always a “lone wolf” when it came to my fitness. I would read about the latest trends, develop a plan, and work out by myself. I always failed. I would always find a way to lie to myself, to cheat, and to under achieve. When I became a father, I decided to get serious about my fitness, and sought more information. That’s when I found out about Fit Dad Nation. Since joining the community, I have found success after success fitness-wise. The difference is in the approach of accountability. Having other men who are looking to achieve the best life possible has pushed me to be better each day. The members have encouraged, listened, commented, and kept me focused on the end game, not the short quick fix.
In my 22 years as a fitness coach, I can speak from experience when I say that most dads put themselves last; behind their families, careers, obligations, and even their pets! But you cannot be the best father, husband, or man you can be if you're not putting yourself first. It sounds selfish I know but it's anything but. I know because I lived that way for years and when I decided to commit to myself first, everything in my life improved; most importantly, I became a better dad.
You are the best investment you can make and if your goal is to live a long, healthy, and happy life, then you need to take care of yourself at all costs. Starting right now. The Inner Circle will teach you how to train properly, how to get stronger, how to eat optimally for your goals, and how to push past your comfort zone, but all of that doesn't mean shit if you aren't commitment to yourself. This community (and me as your coach) have ONE goal; to make you better.
If you're ready to take back what's yours, join us.
